1. Suitable for automatic transmission of round bottles and square bottles, such as conveyor belts connected to labeling machines, filling machines, and capping machines to automatically deliver bottles and improve efficiency; it can be used at the middle connection of the assembly line as a buffer platform. Shorten the conveyor belt length.

The applicable bottle range can be adjusted freely, the bottle conveying speed is 30~200 bottles / minute, and the speed can be adjusted steplessly to facilitate production arrangements.

2.Working  process

The glass turntable of the bottle unscrambler drives the product rotation;

The product approaches the edge of the glass turntable under the fluctuation of the unscrambler dial;

Products are exported in an orderly manner along the unscrambler's bottle unscrambler slot.
