Product Description:
Our vacuum filling machine uses continuous vacuum suction to put the product into the container. The continuous suction is generated by a vacuum pump connected to the vacuum chamber and a special filling valve. Completely equipped, no electricity required. The filling valve consists of a filling sleeve with a vacuum tube inside the sleeve, which is used to guide excess product back to the vacuum chamber, thereby effectively preventing overflow. The filling volume is determined by the depth of the filling head into the container, so the filling level will remain the same regardless of whether the bottle cellar is consistent. Suitable for essential oil bottles, eye drop bottles, cosmetic perfume bottles, battery fluid, nail polish filling, etc.
