one. Basic use

1)  Suitable for circumferential and semi-circular labeling of unstable cylindrical objects, using horizontal transmission and horizontal labeling methods to increase stability and improve labeling efficiency.

2)  Application examples: 502 glue bottles, solid glue bottles, fire intestines, oral liquid bottles, pen barrel labeling, lipstick, battery labeling, etc.

two. work process

Core working principle: The bottle dividing wheel separates the products and puts them on the conveyor belt. The sensor detects the passing of the product and sends the signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the corresponding motor to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled. Position, the product flows through the label covering device, the label covering belt drives the product to rotate, the label is rolled over, and the attaching action of a label is completed.

three. Operation process :

Place the product (put it in the drop box) -> Separate the product and spread it to the middle of the conveyor chain roller -> Product transportation -> Product inspection -> Labeling -> Cover labeling -> Collect the labeled products.
