one. Basic use

1)  It is suitable for labeling the circumferential surface of round bottles. It can be single or double labeled. The distance between the front and back double labels can be flexibly adjusted, such as labeling daily chemical bottles, food cans, etc. It is widely used in cosmetics, food, Pharmaceutical, disinfectant and other industries.

2)  Used for intelligent labeling of cylindrical products of different sizes in food, medicine, daily chemical and other industries.

two. Features

1)  Servo or German original imported labeling engine is optional to meet the needs of different customers ;

2)  For stand-alone operation, the feeding and receiving carousels can be selected to maximize production efficiency ;

3)  The overall material of the equipment is made of international standard S304 stainless steel and imported aluminum alloy, with double-layer anodizing treatment and will never rust or deform ;

4)  There is no blistering when applying transparent labels, and no wrinkles when applying self-adhesive labels ;

5)  The bottle dividing mechanism uses a large silicone wheel to divide the bottles, so that the bottles can enter the labeling place at equal distances, stably and accurately ;

6)  The labeling mechanism uses detachable plastic belts or industrial timing belts to make the labels more securely attached ;

1)  Optional color-matching tape printers, thermal transfer printers and inkjet printers can print the production batch number, production date and expiration date on the label at the same time when labeling, realizing the integration of labeling and coding.

2)  Optional circumferential positioning detection device can realize labeling at designated positions on the circumferential surface.
