1. Product description

The filling and sealing machine is mainly used for packaging materials using metal aluminum tubes as packaging containers . Filling and sealing as well as printing batch numbers can be completed in one go. This machine is suitable for packaging products in the fields of medicine, daily chemicals, food, fine chemicals, etc. . Such as: filling and sealing of ointments, hair dyes, pigments, toothpaste, shoe polish, adhesives and other materials.

2. Working process:

Manually insert the metal hose into the tube holder on the indexing aluminum plate, use the indexing mechanism to drive positioning, photoelectric detection, metering pump quantitative filling, sealing and printing, and the finished product is automatically launched.

3. Structural features:

This machine uses the plunger method, with accurate filling, measurement error of less than 1% , no dripping, adjustment, and two-way folding. It is currently the most advanced horseshoe-shaped structure, with beautiful tail sealing and simple operation. Filling, sealing, and sealing can be completed in one go.
