4. Check whether the maximum label output length of the labeling machine is set to 0. We need to use the labeling machine MAX bid length is generally set to 2-3 times the actual label length;
5. Check whether the PLC input point of the labeling electric eye of the labeling machine is connected incorrectly. You need to check whether the input signal point of the electric eye is correct;
6. Check whether the servo drive and motor are powered on or press emergency stop. What we need to do is to release the emergency stop button, check the line status, and ensure that the power is connected;
7. Check whether the servo drive parameters are set. We need to refer to the setting table to set the parameters, and then power off and restart;
8 We need to reset parameters or replace the driver to ensure normal operation.
If there is a problem of continuous labeling by jogging, we need details such as labeling eyes.
1. In order to check the label electric eye failure, we need to use the reference manual to reset the sensitivity of the label electric eye until the output of the label and the backing paper is stable when switching the electric eye; at this time, the electric eye state will return to normal;
2. Check whether the pre-label length is set too large. We need to ensure that the pre-label length value cannot be greater than the actual label length value;
3. Check the sundries in the groove of the label's electric eye. Before we have a stable output signal, we need to clean up the debris and reset the parameters;
4. We need to replace the label sensor to check whether the label sensor is damaged (it must first be determined whether it is damaged, whether it is NPN or PNP signal, and whether the voltage is consistent);
