two. working principle :

After the materials are heated and stirred in the oil and water pot, they are sucked into the emulsification pot by the vacuum pump. The pot shape is always stirred through the stirring paddle in the homogenizer and the polytetrafluoroethylene scraper to sweep away the sticky materials hanging on the wall and make them scraped. The materials constantly create new interfaces. After being sheared, compressed, and folded by the mixing blades, they are mixed and flow down to the homogenizer below. The strong force generated by the materials between the rotor and stator of the homogenizer rotates at high speed. Through a series of processes such as shearing, impact, and turbulent flow, the material is quickly broken into particles of 200 μm ~ 2 μm. Since the emulsification pot is in a vacuum state, the bubbles generated during the stirring process of the material are removed in time.
