one. Basic use

It can be matched to the assembly line to label the products flowing through the side to achieve online labeling. For example, it can be matched to the inkjet coding conveyor belt to label the objects flowing through.

two. working principle

1. Core working principle: The sensor detects the passing of the product and transmits the signal back to the labeling control system. At the appropriate position, the control system controls the motor to send out the label and attach it to the position of the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling roller, and the label is Rolling over, the attaching action of a label is completed.
2. Operation process: product feeding (connected to the assembly line) -> product transportation -> product detection (or receiving external signals) -> labeling -> labeling.

1. The supporting equipment is simple and can be directly installed on the assembly line and packaging machine, with independent control or linkage control to achieve automatic labeling and unmanned labeling production;

6. Touch screen operation interface, with full Chinese annotation and complete fault prompt function, simple and fast adjustment of various parameters, and convenient operation;
7. High stability, controlled by Panasonic PLC + color touch screen + subdivision stepper motor + optical fiber sensor electronic control system, with precise control and support for long-term work;
