one. Basic use

This machine is a semi-automatic model , suitable for labeling cylindrical objects of various specifications and small-taper round bottles. It can achieve full / half-circumference labeling , front / back symmetrical labeling , and the distance between the front and back labels can be adjusted arbitrarily; Single label, fixed-point labeling or double labeling can be applied.

Application cases: chili sauce bottles, oral liquid round bottles, vials, xylitol, shampoo bottles labeling, wine double labeling, wine fixed-point labeling, etc. 

two. work process

Core work functions:

The foot switch (sensor) gives a signal or detects a product signal to the PLC . The PLC controls the cylinder to push up and down. The motor starts to drive the product to rotate. The label is pulled out and the label is automatically labeled and attached. After the labeling and attachment is completed, the cylinder returns. Wait for the next signal.

three. Operation process:

Manually place the product -> step on the foot switch (automatic induction) -> automatically press the cylinder -> label (automatically implemented by the equipment) -> take out the labeled product.
