2. Check whether the label feeder is closed: we need to open the label feeder;
3. Check whether the bidding speed of the labeling machine is set to 0, and the bid will not be issued. We need to reset the bidding speed; make sure the machine has operating indicators;
4. Check whether the maximum bid length of the labeling machine is set to 0. We need to check the labeling machine. The MAX bid length is generally set to 2-3 times the actual label length;
5. Check whether the label sensor PLC input point of the labeling machine is connected incorrectly. You need to check whether the sensor input signal point is correct;
6. Check whether the servo drive and motor are powered on or press the emergency stop button. You need to loosen the emergency stop button, check the line status, and ensure that the power supply is connected;
7. Check whether the servo drive parameters are set. You need to set the parameters according to the setting table, and then cut off the power and restart;
8. To check whether the servo driver has a fault alarm, you need to reset the parameters or replace the driver; make sure it is normal.
