TYRF-0806R automatic OPP hot melt glue square bottle labeling machine
1. Product Performance Characteristics
1). this model is suitable for square bottle, OPP film or pearl film and other ring label.
2). suitable for washing, food, beverage and other industries.
3). adopt Japanese Sanyo imported servo motor and Siemens PLC control, simple operation, stable and reliable operation.
4). use advanced glue system and vacuum drum combination to ensure high labeling accuracy. Only apply glue at both ends of the label to reduce the amount of glue used to save costs.
5). use screw and star wheel to cooperate with the bottle to ensure high-speed operation, the product in and out smooth and stable.
6). use cam disc, gear mechanical rotation mode positioning, using the characteristics of the bottle to find the positioning point, greatly improve the stability and accuracy of labeling.
7). can be connected with filling line, greatly improve the production speed and save production cost.
2. Labeling process:
Bottle → positioning → detection → label → suction label → glue label → support label out of the bottle.
